USPS Ground (3-5 Days) & USPS Priority (1-3 Days) *FREE*
UPS 2 Day Air (2 Business Days)
UPS Next Day (10:30am next Business Day)
All orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days (excludes National holidays).* You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
*Ships the same day if placed by 12PM Est. on business days
International and Canadian Orders*:
We offer a Flat Rate shipping on all international orders. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout.
USPS First Class mail (10-20 business days) - $19 Flat Rate
USPS Express Mail (3-10 business days) - $49 Flat Rate
*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times. Customer is responsible for paying all customs, duties, taxes, and/or immigration fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for a return, store credit, or exchange. Please note that all sale items or items purchased with a discount code are exchange only. Swimwear and bump accessories such as maternity belts and shapewear are non-refundable. Please email us to coordinate your exchange or return email@example.com We will then send a return label to your email to get started.
Return items must meet the following requirements:
- Contact us within 3 days of order delivery (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Return item within 7 days of order delivery
- In original packaging, unworn and free of make-up stains and odor
- All orders placed take 1-2 business days processing time.
- Once received, returns are processed within 3-5 business days (refunds may require an additional 2-5 days to post with your bank)
- Notification will be sent to your email once a return is processed
- Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns that qualify for free shipping are refunded less originated shipping costs, any incremental exchange shipping costs and return label shipping costs.
We are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing lost or stolen deliveries.
Exchange postage is compensated for first the first exchange fulfillment (return postage and outbound postage). We are not responsible for subsequent exchange postage.
